Customer Retention + Post-Purchase Journeys

I led the design for two multi-touch email journeys for America’s Test Kitchen customers with the goal of maintaining engagement and awareness of their membership perks/purchase & shipping status. The first was a series of 3 emails sent to customers after they signed up for an online membership. This series includes a customized header bar and a variety of content blocks showcasing all the wonderful perks and content they now have access to as members. The second series I created was a post-purchase journey for subscribers after they signed up for an ATK Kids subscription box, including their account information, shipping confirmation, and a survey.
